Over the years, Alius successfully built and sold 200 residential houses while retaining commercial properties for management. However, driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a desire for new challenges, Fauder embarked on an immigration journey in 2014 to find the perfect environment to continue our legacy of exceptional service. From Thailand to Spain, from Turkey to the Dominican Republic, Fauder explored various opportunities, seeking the ideal destination to expand our business. In 2018, we found our home in the United States, where Fauder obtained the necessary licenses and assembled a new team of dedicated professionals.
