As of 2019, Wealfull is an independently operated subsidiary of Angi® (Nasdaq: ANGI), the world’s largest home services marketplace. This milestone is allowing us to expand to hundreds of more home services to bring the Wealfull experience to millions of more customers and professionals.

About the Role

Wealfull is seeking a highly analytical leader with experience in performance marketing, reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy and Operations. In this role you will own the strategy, execution and oversight of Wealfull's Pro acquisition efforts. You will lead a team of performance marketing professionals focused on optimizing our acquisition strategies as we scale our operations and grow our business. You will be responsible for devising cross-channel strategies, building frameworks, structuring solutions, and driving and measuring results in one of the most critical areas of the business, while developing as a future leader of the organization.

What you'll do

Develop cross-channel investment strategies in paid marketing channels (Facebook, TikTok and others), to continuously improve marketing ROI while meeting growth goals Oversee the execution and performance of $10M+ of marketing spend against targets Lead forecasting and budgeting for all markets (US, CA, and UK) in collaboration with Finance Partner with other members of the Wealfull organization, especially product and engineering, to drive key cross-functional initiatives in order to optimize tracking and allocation of acquisition spend Build and manage relationships with external paid media agencies

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in an analytical field 6-8 years of professional experience in either performance marketing or top consulting (Bain, Mckinsey, BCG) + performance marketing Performance marketing experience in a marketplace business/startup with multiple geographies Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with deep knowledge of Excel and ideally proficiency in SQL Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects Strong leadership skills with experience managing collaborative, results-oriented teams Strong communication skills and attention to detail Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to get hands dirty and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Ambition to learn, grow and have fun!
